Type of Boat: I own a 2005 Nitro 640. Its over 16' long and has a 60 horsepower motor. Top speed is around 45 MPH. Having a smaller engine allows me to keep my prices down.

Summer Guide Trips: Summertime fishing is most productive during the morning hours. That's when the bass are very active. Around midday, the water temperatures are at their highest and the bass lose interest in feeding. So in summer, I only fish for four or six hours (Usually June - Sept). I do not offer 8 hour trips until fall.

Equipment: I do supply rods, reels and tackle for your trip, but if you prefer to use your own please bring it with you. If you want to use live bait, Shinners are preferred as they tend to attract larger bass. They are an additional cost that ranges from $14.00 - $18.00 a dozen.

Food and Beverage: Please bring whatever you would like to eat with you. I will supply soda and ice. If there is something else you would like to drink, please bring it with you.

Deposits and Final Payment: After confirming your booking by phone, please mail the following per-boat deposit for each day’s guide trip of $50.00.

The deposit is a nonrefundable partial payment and a commitment to a guided fishing trip on the date you reserved. The only exception is a cancellation by your guide because of safety concerns such as severe weather. If there is insufficient time to mail in your deposit prior to your trip, I require a VISA or MASTERCARD number to hold your date via PayPal. If you are unable to pay via Paypal full payment must be made prior to our departure from the boat ramp.

Final payment in cash or money order is required at launch. No credit cards or personal checks, please.

A Reminder: To finalize arrangements for your guide trip, please give me a call on the day prior to fishing. If this is not possible please call me before your trip to Florida.
